Abstract	“You are what you read.”と言われるように，読むことは，我々の知識や人格の形成に中心的な役割を果たしている．実際，知識を追加・更新するため，我々は毎日読むことに膨大な時間を費やしている．ところが，このような努力は記録も再利用もされておらず，かけた時間に見合った価値を引き出せているとは言い難い．本稿では，読むという行動を記録し，再利用するためのリーディングライフログ（Reading-Life Log）技術について解説する．具体的には，人の読む行動と読まれる対象を相互解析することによって，読んだ文字・文書を通して人を知り，また人の読み方を通して文字・文書を知ることを実現する．
